Welcome

The Charlotte I-O Networking Group is a professional organization that seeks to connect all interested in the advancement of industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology and related disciplines within the area surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina.  Given Charlotte's robust business and academic environment, the area is home to numerous skilled professionals who implement, teach, and advance the science and practice of I-O psychology, human resources management, organizational development, management consulting, and other similar fields.
